Paper Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their original, unpublished research paper (which is not under review in any other conference/ Journal) of the given tracks in the format specified in the IEEE Paper Template through easy chair for publication. Submissions must be plagiarisms free and must be submitted before 30th JUNE 2020.

All submissions will strictly go through a plagiarism check, only those submissions which pass through plagiarism check will be double blind reviewed with at-least three reviewers and only accepted papers which are presented during the conference will be eligible for submission Conference Proceedings. Few Selected extended papers will also be published in the Special Issue on SCI, Scopus Indexed Journals. List of said journals will be communicated to author after the review process. Accepted and Revision Required Paper authors are advised to make necessary corrections and modifications suggested by the reviewers in your final manuscript and upload the final papers on or before 30th August 2020. Authors to submit the full final paper Camera ready (Maximum 6 pages, double-column US letter size) as PDF using the templates. Extra pages beyond this would require additional page length charges. ICNGCS takes plagiarism very seriously and regard plagiarism as a professional misconduct. Papers will be screened for plagiarism and when identified the paper will be rejected.

The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline. The conference proceedings will be distributed amongst the participants during the conference.
